## 1. General Rental Conditions

- The minimum chargeable rental period is 24 hours. If you rent a car for a few hours, you will be charged for a full day.
- If you wish to extend the rental period, you must inform us in advance, before the agreed return time.
- Fuel policy is full-to-full: you receive the car with a full tank and must return it with the same level of fuel. If the level is lower, you pay the difference plus a refuelling service charge.
- If the car is returned so dirty that it hinders its inspection, the car will be washed at the customer's expense.
- Rental cars are allowed to travel only on paved public roads.
- The car may be driven anywhere in mainland Spain. Taking the car outside Spain (France, Andorra, Portugal, or any other country) is not permitted.
- The contact phone number provided at booking must remain available throughout the rental period.
- Fuel, parking fees, road tolls and traffic fines are the responsibility of the renter, including fines received after the rental has ended.
- Only small pets may travel in the car and must be kept in their travel carriers at all times.
- Smoking is not allowed in the car.

## 2. Driver Requirements

- The minimum driver age is 21 years, with at least 1 year of driving experience.
- You must have a valid driving licence (category B) with details in Latin script; otherwise an International Driving Permit is required together with the national licence.
- The licence must be a physical document valid until at least the end of the rental period. Copies or electronic licences are not accepted.
- A passport, EU ID card or NIE is required to sign the rental contract.
- Every additional driver must be listed in the rental contract (see the price on the car's page). An unlisted driver voids the insurance cover.

## 3. Booking and Cancellation

- Bookings are made directly via WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. We confirm availability and fix the price in writing.
- No prepayment is required. You pay at pickup — in cash or by card.
- Cancellation is free of charge. We only ask that you notify us as early as possible.
- You book the exact car shown on the website. If, due to a breakdown or other force majeure, we cannot provide the booked car, we will offer a car of the same or higher class at the same price — or a full refund of anything paid.

## 4. Deposit and Payment

- The security deposit is €150–200 depending on the car (stated on each car's page).
- The deposit can be paid in cash or with any bank card. A credit card is not required.
- The deposit is returned in full at drop-off after inspection of the vehicle, provided there is no new damage, missing fuel or outstanding charges.

## 5. Insurance

- Third-party liability insurance and a collision damage waiver are included in every rental price.
- The renter's maximum liability (insurance excess) is €300, as stated on the car's page.
- Standard insurance does not cover damage to wheels and tyres, the undercarriage, the windscreen and windows, or the interior of the car.
- Insurance is void in the event of deliberate damage, gross negligence, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use on unpaved roads, or use by a driver not listed in the contract.
- In case of any incident, you must immediately notify us and obtain a police report (parte amistoso / atestado), unless otherwise agreed.

## 6. Mileage

- The included mileage is 250–330 km per day, depending on the car (stated on each car's page).
- Kilometres driven above the daily limit are charged at the rate stated on the car's page.

## 7. Delivery and Return

- Pickup and return take place in Gandia. Delivery within Gandia — including hotels in Gandia Playa and the Gandia train station — is free of charge.
- Delivery outside Gandia is possible by prior agreement and may carry a charge.
- The car must be returned at the agreed time and place. A delay of more than 1 hour without prior agreement is charged as an extra rental day.
