**Gandia Renta Car** is a small local car rental company in Gandia (Valencia). We are not an international corporation and not an aggregator — we are the people who own the cars, wash them, hand you the keys and answer your WhatsApp messages.

Anyone who has travelled has felt it: "guaranteed low prices" that grow at the counter, complicated terms, fine print in the contract, a €1,000 hold on your credit card. We built our small company to be the opposite of that experience — a rental where the customer's interests come before squeezing out an extra euro.

## Honesty

Full pricing transparency. The price on the car's page is the price you pay — insurance, taxes and free cancellation are already inside. Every car is described in detail, with real photos and its real number plate, and the insurance terms are written in plain language. No hidden fees, no surprises.

## Security

No prepayment: you book for free and pay when you receive the keys. The deposit is just €150–200 — in cash or with any card, no credit card required — and it is returned in full when you bring the car back. If we ever cannot provide the car you booked, we give you a car of the same or higher class at the same price, or your money back.

## Service

Personal attention to every client. We deliver cars to hotels in Gandia Playa and meet trains at the Gandia station ourselves. During your rental you have a direct line to us on WhatsApp — in English, Spanish or Russian. No call centres, no ticket queues: the person who gave you the keys is the person who answers.
